Ordering Inustructions:
  1. Purchase your YETI® Tumbler from ACE Hardware John's Creek.
  2. Leave your new cup with an ACE Hardware associate.
  3. Submit your artwork and/or request using the form on the right. Please note, we can only accept solid color artwork, graphics, and logos and prefer a .ai, .eps, or .svg file (vector). We cannot engrave from low-resolution raster graphics such as JPEG, PNG, GIF, etc. If you have any question on artwork submission, please email us directly at hello@take4.media.
  4. A member of our team here at TAKE4 will pick your cup up within 24 hours.
  5. We will engrave your submitted artwork onto your purchased cup.
  6. Your cup will be dropped off within 24 hours of completion back at ACE Hardware John's Creek.
  7. An ACE Hardware associate will contact you to arrange pickup.

Where are you located?

Our office is located in Alpharetta, GA in a suburb just north of Atlanta.

Are your products really American made?

Yes. If it says American made, it's made right here in America (and usually right here in Georgia).

Shipping & Returns

Do you ship anywhere in the world?

Right now we ship exclusively within the U.S. We'll be opening up international shipping in 2021.

What's your return/exchange policy?

We want you to be thrilled with your TAKE4 experience. We will accept any unworn and unwashed return with 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange of equal value. If your item arrives damages or is in any way defective, please contact us and we'll make it right.

How do I return/exchange an item?

Simply print a copy of your order email and send it along with the item to the following

Once the return has been received and processed, you'll receive an email from us. If it's an exchange, you'll receive an email indicating the exchanged item that has been shipped. If it's a return, you'll receive an email indicating that the refund has been issued.
